What is inside the Destination AI Toolkit?

The Destination AI Toolkit is the main resource area of the member community. It contains four sections accessible through a single filterable interface.
The AI Prompt Library provides ready-to-use prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools. Prompts cover every major destination function including marketing, content creation, press and media relations, strategy planning, governance, legal and compliance, finance, stakeholder engagement, sustainability, visitor engagement, MICE and business events, data and research, and human resources and training. Prompts are filterable by organisation type, function area, and difficulty level.
The AI Tools Directory is a curated list of AI tools relevant to destination organisations, each with a description, pricing tier, and an ethical use note. Categories include content creation, social media, analytics, translation, CRM, answer-engine optimisation, agent builders, website builders, campaign automation, visitor chatbots, itinerary builders, and tools for MICE and business events.
Templates contains adaptable working documents including a complete AI Strategy Template that a DMO can present to its board. Further templates are added regularly by the editorial team and contributed by community members.
Use Cases contains real examples submitted by destination organisations showing how AI tools have been used in practice. Members can submit their own cases.
All sections are filterable by organisation type (DMO, NTO, convention bureau, business events organisation) and function area.
