What is the Members AI Assistant?

The Members AI Assistant is an AI chat tool available throughout the member area. It is powered by the Anthropic Claude API and is configured specifically for destinationready.ai content.
The assistant can help you find the right prompt, tool, template, or use case in the toolkit for your specific need. It can explain the AIRETT framework and your assessment results. It can answer questions about AI adoption in destination organisations, data governance, the EU AI Act, and responsible AI use.
In the DMO AI Toolkit, the assistant appears as a stationary panel on the right side of the page, always visible while you browse the toolkit content.
